Step 1 — Line.Trace your natural lip line with the pencil using light, short strokes. For fullness, slightly overline at the cupid’s bow and center of the lower lip.
Step 2 — Fill (optional). Fill in lips completely with the pencil for a soft matte base that extends wear.
Step 3 — Shine. Swipe Glossy Lip Oil over the top for a plush, hydrated finish with non-sticky shine.

Which Line + Shine pairing should I choose?
Barely There (beige nude) and Pouty (pinky peach nude) are the softest, cleanest options. Timber (brown nude) and Heatherberry (rose nude brown) are the everyday muted pair. Rosewood adds warm berry depth. Crimson (cherry red) and Merlot (deep warm red) are the bold ones, softened by the gloss on top.
How do I apply the pencil and oil together?
Line the outer edge with the pencil first, then fill the whole lip in — a full fill is what keeps color there once the gloss goes over it. Press Glossy Lip Oil onto the center and let it spread on its own. The oil sheers the pencil and adds dimension without erasing the shape.
Will the gloss feel sticky over the liner?
No — Glossy Lip Oil is a cushiony, non-sticky formula, so hair doesn't catch on your lips on a windy day. Jojoba oil conditions while it wears, and the coconut oil and vitamin E in the pencil underneath keep the base from going dry. It feels plush rather than tacky.
How long does the duo last before I reapply?
The pencil holds shape and color for hours; the gloss is the layer that needs refreshing, usually every two to three hours depending on eating and drinking. Because the pencil fills the whole lip underneath, color doesn't vanish when the shine does — you simply top up the oil.
