Return Policy

We're all about making your shopping experience fabulous, but we understand that sometimes you might need to switch things up. Here's the lowdown on our return policy:

Eligibility:
- We're here to help if your order exceeds $40 and was placed within the last 30 days on bodyography.com.

- For Klarna purchases, returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with Klarna’s policy.
- Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Gift Sets and Kits are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return:
- Just drop us an email at sales@robanda.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We're here to make it super easy for you!

- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

The Nitty-Gritty:
- We'll send you a gift card code for the total amount you paid (minus shipping and handling) straight to your email. This applies to orders made on bodyography.com within the USA.

- For Klarna purchases, refunds will be processed back through Klarna to your original payment method. Store credit and exchanges are not available for Klarna orders.

Patiently Waiting:
- Be a bit patient with us – the return process takes about 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We promise we're working as fast as we can!

A Quick Note:
- We keep an eye on returns and, as much as we love helping you, we have the right to refuse service to anyone who might misuse or abuse our lovely return policy.

EXCHANGES:
We totally get that makeup is a personal thing, and for hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns. But don't worry, we're here to sort you out.

Please note that Klarna purchases are not eligible for exchanges or store credit.

Defective or Damaged Items:
- If your item arrives in less-than-perfect condition, no worries! Just shoot us an email at sales@robanda.com, and we'll get you sorted with a replacement. Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a refund.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

SHIPPING:

For deliveries sent to PO Boxes - please allow for 5-7 day shipping time as we are only able to deliver with FED EX GROUND. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
