What's in the Ultimate Finishing Duo?

Two products, a $52 value: Ready, Set, Go Makeup Setting Spray and Blur, Set, Perfect Loose Finishing Powder. The powder is translucent, ultra-lightweight and infused with hyaluronic acid to plump and hydrate as it sets. The spray locks everything down and controls oil and shine.

In what order do I use the powder and the spray?

Powder first, spray second. Press the loose powder over the T-zone and anywhere you're prone to shine or transfer, then mist Ready, Set, Go over the top. The mist melts the powder into the skin so the finish reads skin-like instead of flat and powdery. That order is the whole trick.

Will setting powder look heavy on dry skin?

Not if you're selective. Blur, Set, Perfect is finely milled and infused with hyaluronic acid, so it sets without drawing moisture out of the skin. On dry or mature skin, powder only where you truly need it — usually the T-zone — and let the setting spray do the rest of the work.

Can I use the duo to touch up during the day?

Yes — blot excess oil with a tissue first, tap a small amount of powder only where shine has returned, then mist to settle it. Powder onto powder is what turns a face cakey by evening; the mist is what keeps a midday touch-up looking fresh instead of built-up.

Do I really need both a setting powder and a setting spray?

They do different jobs. Powder absorbs oil and blurs texture exactly where you place it; setting spray locks the whole face down and stops makeup moving.
