Her love for makeup started early, watching her older sister perfect her eyeliner each morning. That curiosity turned into a career through assisting other artists and learning the craft from the ground up.

For Merav, beauty is simple. It is about feeling good. Inspiration comes from everywhere, from trends to the people around her, but her approach stays grounded. Her personal style leans minimal, but she is not afraid to create something more defined, like a sharp cut crease, when the moment calls for it.

She believes in keeping skincare simple and letting makeup enhance rather than overwhelm. A red lip, inspired by her mom, is her go-to for instantly elevating a look. And when she wants to add something extra, she reaches for our Glitter Pigments to bring dimension and a little bit of spice.

What first inspired you to pursue a career in beauty, and how did you get started in the industry?

My older sister inspired me. Growing up I would watch her do her eyeliners every morning. I got started by assisting other artists.

What’s the best beauty tip or lesson you’ve learned from your mom, grandma, or another important woman in your life?

A red lip can change a woman. My mom’s version of spicing up her look is by wearing a dark red lip.

What’s your biggest beauty blunder — and what did you learn from it?

When it comes to skincare.. less is more.

What’s one trend you’ve never tried but would love to experiment with?

On myself and a cut crease. My personal makeup style is very simple normally.

Who is your ultimate beauty muse, and why do they inspire you?

My beauty muse is any confident woman that does care to try new things and has fun with makeup. Not one person specifically.
