These super smooth pencils glide on without tugging at the delicate skin around the eye area. The eye pencils are rigid enough to provide a crisp, clean line yet can easily be smudged during application for a smoky effect.
Place soft or warm pencils in the refrigerator to harden before sharpening. Warm cold pencils against the back of your hand to soften before application. To open the eye, apply dark pencil shade to the inner upper rim of the eye.
